A weekend full of excitement for the 19th Tour de Ski!
Friday 3 January sees the return of the spectacular Classic Sprint, while Saturday 4 January brings the 20km Mass Start Skiathlon (same distance for men and women) on the perfect tracks of the Lago di Tesero Cross-Country Stadium. Sunday 5 January is the grand finale at Alpe Cermis, with the famous Final Climb (10km Freestyle Mass Start), renamed "Monster Bakken" by the Norwegians... after all, it's not exactly normal to climb a downhill ski slope on narrow skis.
Plenty of side events will ensure three days of great fun: the COOP Mini World Cup, the "Rampa con i Campioni" (Ramp with the Champions), Nordic Après-ski, and the Tour del Gusto (Gourmet Tour).
