Great fun for the whole family, the Ambras Castle Festival is an ever popular annual event that draws thousands of visitors each August. Colourful performers will entertain you in the true style of the Middle Ages.
A fun-filled day for all the family, the ever popular annual event is once again taking place on August 15, 2024. Colourful performers will entertain you in the true style of the Middle Ages with minstrels, strolling players, mystics, jugglers, jousters, jesters, armoured knights in combat and traditional music. The amazing Renaissance castle and its enchanting park grounds serve as wonderful backdrop to this spectacle. By 2:00pm, Early Music ensembles will take visitors on a musical journey of time long past in the glorious setting of the Castle.
Ambras Castle is delighted to be associated with the Festival of Early Music and the Innsbruck Culture Summer.
