A tradition among South Tyrolean farmers: Apfelkiachln. Simple, juicy and breathtakingly good.
At the Christmas market, they are prepared and sold on the stage by the children's aid organisation ‘Kiwanis Club Brixen’. The donations go to families in need in the Isarco Valley.
