As part of Slow Food Travel, we open our doors to you and allow you to watch as we carry out our daily work. Learn all the steps in the production from milk to cheese. You are also welcome to lend a hand in the production of cheese. Afterwards, enjoy a tasting of milk, yoghurt and cheese with farmhouse bread from our own grain.
The 3-hour programme includes: guided tour of the farm, explanation and insights into cheese production, cheese tasting.
