The apple - as juice, refined with cinnamon stick, cloves and a little orange peel - becomes a popular drink in this cold season: Apple Glühmix. Our apple ambassador and sommelière Anja might tell you the recipe for it. But before that, take a walk through the winter apple meadows. What does the farmer do in winter? Where are the harvested apples stored? What does the frost irrigation do in spring? And above all, what does the South Tyrolean apple taste like? Anja accompanies you and expertly answers your questions. (only in Italian or German language)
