The Moena Town Band's exciting Christmas concert returns this year.
As is tradition, the Moena Town Band organises a grand concert at the Navalge Theatre in early December, dedicated to the legendary King Laurin. Just look at the mountain profile of the Roda di Vael, visible from various points in the town, to imagine him there, like an ancient guardian of Moena. Now in its third edition, this special performance will be held in memory of Paolo Chiocchetti, who passionately and dedicatedly directed the band from 1982 until May 2010, the year of his sudden passing. During the evening, images, stories, and anecdotes will come to life through the words of relatives, band members, friends and all those who shared his love of music.
The concert is conducted by Maestro Roberto Silvagni, with a special performance by Maura Chiocchetti. Admission is free.
