In their program "Dream Figures," Quartonal embarks on a quest for loving mythical creatures, monstrous phantasms, enchanting forms, and various other discoverable wonders of the late Romantic period.
The pieces take the listener on a journey to a time when from Romanticism, primarily, imagination and the importance of emotions remained, yet in the texts, a clear turn towards mysticism and the eerie is observed.
