As soon as the Mediterranean-Alpine climate in South Tyrol welcomes spring, the Crocuses sprout on the mountain meadows of Mölten and open their calyxes as if they would like to propose a toast to the end of winter. The locals from Mölten come in their traditional clothing and welcome the guests with music, hearty “Schuhplattlern“, delicious dumplings, meat from the grill and self-made pastries for dessert.
