Discover the typical ways of preparing the traditional South Tyrolean vegetable, cheese or bacon dumpling on this cookery course and afterwards enjoy your own home-made dumpling speciality.
And so that you can repeat what you have learned when you get home, you will also receive the recipe and handy hints from our cook.
