Exhibition "With the Eye of the Artist - The Kirschl Collection" (Mit dem Auge des Künstlers - Die Sammlung Kirschl): the Wilfried Kirschl collection, acquired by the State of Tyrol and the State Memorial Foundation in 2012, includes more than 300 works by mostly 20th century Tyrolean artists: Gerhild Diesner, Anton Tiefenthaler, Paul Flora, Peter Prandstetter, Norbert Drexel. The main focus, however, are paintings by Albin Egger-Lienz, woodcuts by Carl Moser as well as sculptures and drawings by Ludwig Penz. A few works by Wilfried Kirschl himself can also be seen in the exhibition.
Exhibition opening: May 11, 2017, 6 pm, free admission.
The exhibition takes place from May 12, 2017, to November 26, 2017.
