After a short walk, you will reach the farm that he runs with passion and where he has realised his dream: a farm shop and his own butcher's shop. Here, he only sells meat from his own animals and from farmers in the Passeiertal Valley - regional, fresh and handcrafted. During the tour, you will discover the stories behind the butcher's shop, the farm and the people behind it. You will experience first-hand how much work and passion goes into Martin's products. Afterwards, you are able to taste the homemade meats and sausages as well as other regional delicacies in the farm shop.
