Afterwards, farmer's wife Elisabeth will guide you through the impressive 735-year-old "Schildhof". Immerse yourself in the history of the farm, discover the old walls and the traditional grain mill. Learn more about the farm's sustainable philosophy and the different types of fruit, berries and grains grown, which are turned into outstanding distillates, liqueurs, syrups, fruit spreads and gin. Another highlight is the farm's own organic distillery. Here Elisabeth shows you the process of distillation and the production of high-quality spirits.
