Festival of Mills: from grain to bread

On Sunday, 25.08. from 08.00 a.m., flour will be milled at the Aldein Mill Museum and then bread will be baked at the Hof im Thal with a historic oven.
The programme:
From 8.00 a.m. firing up the oven (Thalhof)
approx. 9.00 a.m. Kneading the dough (Thalhof)
10.00 a.m. Guided tour of the mills and the Thal Chapel
approx. 11.00 a.m.: "Opening" bread - putting dough on breadboards (Thalhof)
2.00 p.m.: Guided tour of the mills and the Thal Chapel
from approx. 2.30 p.m.: Baking bread (Thalhof)

The mills are open continuously between 10.00 and 15.00 hrs. The Voldeiner Tanzlmusig will provide the atmosphere.
Josef Obkircher and his team from the "Hof im Thal" will provide food and drink.
With farmers' market.
