It is not a matter of course for a hotel to remain in family ownership for over 125 years. For the Heiss family, this is both a mission and an incentive: in the documentary film "il balcone di Heidi" by Michaelangelo Gratton, Heidi and Caroline Heiss talk about this place that is so important to the family. They reveal the changes they have experienced, what the history of the house has to do with a balcony and how they want to lead it into the next era. What is particularly important to them? "To preserve its charm and character". The film will be shown in Italian with German subtitles.
