Forest Bathing: Walk and Regenerate

Every Thursday, accompanied by guide Katiuscia Rasom, discover the transformative power of connecting with trees and learn the secrets of the forest.
Price: €32 adults. The fee includes: guided walk, sweet and savoury snacks at Agritur Majon da Mont.
Booking is required, minimum 2, maximum 15 people. The experience - in Italian - can be booked online or at the valley's tourist offices by 5 pm on Wednesday. When booking, you can indicate any food intolerances to best meet your needs. In case of rain, the experience will be cancelled and the fee fully refunded.
Useful information:
- the experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours
- meet at 2 pm at Agritur Majon da Mont in Valongia (Vigo), free parking
- comfortable and warm clothing, waterproof gloves, hat, hiking boots/snow boots with soles suitable for walking on snowy stretches
- experience suitable for adults (pets are not allowed)
