Relaxing time out amidst the unspoilt nature of the Ahrntal mountains. Guided relaxation hike to an idyllic alpine pasture. Breathing sequences to get your own energy flowing. Barefoot, if liked. Followed by a small lunch with homemade snacks. Guided tour by Angelika Kirchler.
