Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise outdoor workshops along the herb promenade in Welschnofen | Nova Levante.
The topics of the workshops are as varied as nature itself and vary from week to week. All participants may take their self-made products from the herbal workshop home with them and continue to enjoy the magic of herbs after the workshop.
In this workshop we will learn how to make a flavourful herbal vinegar from normal vinegar using fresh herbs.
