From the meeting point we take the bus to Passo Sella. From there, a steep uphill to Forcella Sassolungo awaits you (these 500m of altitude can possibly also be done by using the cable car). We pass Rifugio Toni Demetz and walk down the other side, still quite steep to the Rifugio Vicenza. After the lunch break, we return on an up- and downhill stretch to the mountain station of Ciampinoi. From there, we take the cable car back to Selva Val Gardena.
