30. International volleyball-mixed tournament in the sports zone of Lana di Sotto/Niederlana.
In June it is time again for Lana's mixed volleyball tournament, the biggest throughout the Alps. There will be 120 teams from Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland in this three-day competition.
The event is rung in by a traditional opening concert that will take place the evening before the tournament. When the competitive part of the event has started all teams in the group stage, consisting of 3 men and 3 women each, will compete against each other on a total of 20 courts. The final stage and the grand final will be played the next day in the Lana Sportzone.
The mixed volleyball tournament in Lana is a huge sporting highlight for all volleyball enthusiasts from South Tyrol and abroad. That is why we expect about 2000 athletes and visitors from all over Europe to arrive for this three-day event.
