Hot air balloons can be admired in large numbers in the skies above the Kitzbühel Alps in September. More than 30 teams will meet again at the International Libro Balloon Cup in Kirchberg to compete with each other.
The 35th International Libro Ballooning Cup is an event that inspires wonder and dreams, for young and old alike, both for spectators and participants. Every day, competitive flights take place with teams from Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, along with public flights. Around 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., the balloons ascend into the sky, taking guests along for the ride. The highlight of the cup will be the Night of the Balloons on Friday, September 20th. It is expected to begin at 7:30 p.m. at Stöcklfeld.
Free of charge for spectators.
Balloon rides are available for 240 euros (in the evening) and 280 euros (in the morning).
