Ancient castle walls, balmy spring air and the refreshing sounds of up-and-coming South Tyrolean artists: a combination that packs a punch – and can be experienced three times in this format. Tirol Castle, Brunnenburg Castle and Auer Castle form the exclusive backdrop for three live concerts, expressively demonstrating just how good South Tyrol's "young" music scene sounds.
"Probably the most accomplished and certainly the best-known guitarist in South Tyrol needs no major introduction in this region: Both at home and abroad, he is very successful as a member of the Herbert Pixner Project and with his own trio, and can look back on a string of sold-out concert halls. His bassist Marco Stagni and percussionist Mario Punzi are also among the best musicians South Tyrol has to offer on their respective instruments. Together they play an instrumental music programme oriented towards jazz and world music sounds."
