Marcialonga Story is a revival event celebrating the history of cross-country skiing, bringing back the equipment and sportswear of the early 1970s. Former stars and Marcialonga skiers of the past come together with younger generations, eager to emulate their grandparents and feel closer to them and to the authenticity of this captivating sport.
This vintage event takes place in the late afternoon, starting at 4:30 pm, and finishing in the centre of Predazzo, illuminated by the glow of torches and warmed by the large crowds that gather every year to admire the procession of skiers from a bygone era.
