At the Mental Health Festival on the Ritten, visitors have the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities related to mental health, such as yoga, breathing and Pilates.
Interactive workshops increase your own knowledge and exciting talks on the lake stage inspire participants.
Pamper your mind and soul as well as your body with delicious food and dance the night away to live bands from South Tyrol, Italy and Austria as well as local techno DJs.
