How does the production of delicious mozzarella work? During a tour of the Wegerhof farm, you can not only take a look behind the scenes, but also find out first-hand how the white gold of Passeiertal Valley is refined into flavourful mozzarella. Afterwards, we can taste this and other farm cheeses before making our way back to St. Leonhard/S. Leonardo.
