The mobile consumer advice centre, a van packed with information material, is looked after by experienced advisors.
Consumers are offered initial advice and the opportunity to obtain information material on specific topics such as insurance, shopping traps, sunglasses tests, investments, prices, etc. The mobile is on special missions, for example, within the framework of the VZS's consumer information centre.
