Mountain hike with Kneipp

Ascent with the cable car to the middle station (1,650m). From there you hike to the summit of the Kleingitsch (2,262m). With magnificent views, you head into the Altfasstal valley, where several huts invite you to take a break. On the way back through the Altfasstal valley, you make another stop for a dip. Treading water in cold, flowing water has a hardening, circulation-enhancing and revitalising effect.
