Rio Abierto means open river. The goal of a Rio Abierto session is to open up and let go. Through movement to a variety of music, in a circle or alone, we can expand familiar movement patterns into new possibilities. The journey goes from the head to the body. Tense muscles can relax and we can take a short break from ourselves. Everyone is welcome to try out how this feels and what potential for change lies within.
No previous experience is required.
