Throughout December, the city of Trento warms up in anticipation of the Christmas holidays and becomes a destination for many tourists, especially during the Feast of the Immaculate Conception long weekend.
In the magical Christmas atmosphere that permeates the entire historic center, among wooden houses decorated with sparkling lights and Christmas decorations, you will also find the Saint Lucy's Fair with its 400 stalls. In addition to the Santa Claus Village in Piazza Dante and the historic Christmas Market located in the historic Piazza Fiera and Piazza Mostra, in the latter stands the Buonconsiglio Castle which enchants the square and embraces the whole atmosphere even on the coldest days.
