With FNL herb expert Sieglinde Gall, we will discover useful and intriguing information about the application and use of various parts of the fir tree. The knowledge of the healing power of plants was already used by our ancestors for prevention and healing purposes. Now, we will have the opportunity to create our own soothing care products for body and mind.
