The herb experts invite you to engaging workshops at the farmers' market in Welschnofen.
Every week, new topics await you – from the healing power of herbs and natural remedies to their creative use in the kitchen. Whether you're interested in medicinal herbs, traditional herbal medicine, or culinary wild herbs, you'll find the perfect topic for you.
In this workshop with herb expert Renate, you'll learn which wild herbs are best suited for a salad and what valuable properties they have. Together, we will prepare a delicious wild herb salad, which we will then enjoy in a friendly atmosphere.
As a small souvenir, you can take home your handmade herbal product from the workshop.
The events start PUNCTUALLY, delays cannot be considered because of the program.
