Every Friday, herbal experts Sieglinde, Renate and Maria organise workshops in the church square in Welschnofen | Nova Levante.
The topics of the workshops are as varied as nature itself and vary from week to week. In this course we will understand which herbs are suitable for a salad and what healthy properties the wild herbs have. We will find wild herbs in nature and prepare a wild herb salad ourselves and enjoy it at the end.
All participants may take their self-made products from the herbal workshop home with them and continue to enjoy the magic of herbs after the workshop.
