The fifth and final stage, starting and finishing in Lienz, promises excitement right up to the finish line over its 113 kilometres. After a flat opening section, the first selective climb awaits after 37 kilometres. This climb features 15 switchbacks up to Bannberg (4.5 kilometres long, with an average gradient of 10 percent). Following this, the route alternates between descents and climbs before tackling Bannberg a second time.
The awards ceremony will then take place in the main square.
