The traditional "Gsiesa Marschtl" market takes place every year on the first Saturday in September in the village center of S. Martino in Val Casies Valley. A lively market invites visitors to stroll and explore, offering everything from trendy fashion to authentic regional products. Of course, the classic chestnut roaster with his freshly roasted chestnuts is a must.
The festivities begin with a traditional morning pint, where delicious Tyrolean specialties are served. Various musical performances follow, creating a festive atmosphere and entertaining visitors with a mix of traditional and modern sounds. The highlight of the afternoon is the parade with the cattle drive, which attracts numerous visitors to Val Casies Valley every year – a true highlight for locals and guests alike!
