Various cattle drives will take place in Outer Zillertal Valley this fall. The homecoming of the cows is celebrated with live music, a farmer’s market and signature dishes of the region.
The first cattle drive in Outer Zillertal Valley is held on September 15, 2024 Almluft Mountain Inn on Gattererberg. The second cattle drive is scheduled for September 21, 2024, at the village center of Fügen as well, where local bands will play and where local produce and signature dishes of the region are available from various stalls. On October 05, 2024, the fourth cattle drive takes place at Moarhof Farm in Hart. Festivities begin at 11:00am with folk music and local folklore groups.
