Magdalener meets Mamesa
Nobody is left out in dry at Mamesa - especially not at the Wine & Dine evening at Mamesa on 8 and 15 November.
Winegrowers from the south of South Tyrol will be invited to accompany the Mamesa menu with their wines. You will get to know the winemakers personally and learn more about their philosophy and their wines.
St. Magdalener, a genuine Bolzano wine, is one of the oldest red wine varieties in South Tyrol's DNA. Grown in the hot basin of the provincial capital, it finds its way to cool Burgeis on 8 November. Martin and Katharina from the Magdalener Protection Consortium will show you what this all-rounder can do and accompany a 6-course menu at Mamesa with a variety of Magdalener wines. Be curious!
For the curious, foodies, enthusiastic wine drinkers, passionate amateur chefs, gastro colleagues or real gourmet experts.
