Natural wine meets Mamesa

Nobody is left out in dry at Mamesa - especially not at the Wine & Dine evening at Mamesa on 8 and 15 November.

Winegrowers from the south of South Tyrol will be invited to accompany the Mamesa menu with their wines. You will get to know the winemakers personally and learn more about their philosophy and their wines.

Biodynamic, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered - few things polarise the wine world as much as natural wines. We have invited two winegrowers from the Freistil association (four winegrowers - one idea) to Burgeis. Thomas Niedermayr and Urban Plattner are convinced that wine is an artisanal, characterful and lively foodstuff that expresses the power of the soil, the sun and the diversity of plants in a healthy ecosystem.
They will accompany our 6-course menu at Mamesa with their extraordinary and versatile wines and show you how exciting the world of natural wines is.

For the curious, foodies, enthusiastic wine drinkers, passionate amateur chefs, gastro colleagues or real gourmet experts.

Cost: € 190.00 per person
